The living room consists of a sofa, a TV, and dining table with capacity for 6 people (4 chairs+2 additional chairs stored in a separte room). The sofa converts into a double bed, making it perfect for a group of friends or a family with children. 3 TVs (living room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2) with Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, induction ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffe machine, toaster/grill and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite meals. The kitchen has a Reverse Osmosis tap with quality water, so you will avoid buying plastic bottles. Italian style breakfast included: cornetti, sweet bread, biscuits, toast, coffee and tea. The apartment has washing machine, iron board, iron and clothesline. We also highlight the balcony with view of the sea and swimming pool to enjoy a pleasant breakfast and reading in the chill-out area. The private solarium of more than 90m^2 includes a sofa, sun lounger, armchairs and 2 tables to eat, barbecue area, with sea views. The chill out area on the terrace is ideal to relax, have a nice lunch or dinner. You can access the solarium from the terrace/balcony ladder. The area is very calm and quiet at night. It includes a parking space for a large car in the same building, and plenty of free parking space on the street.
